Carry on

"Extremely lightweight, well constructed. Pricey but hoping it will last a long time."

BROKEN HANDLE

"I purchased this piece of luggage, but less than 24 hours into my first trip with it (I had not yet reached my destination), the handle jammed, making it very difficult to extend and retract. I reached out to Herschel via email right away but almost 2 weeks later have yet to receive a response regarding this issue. Additionally, this piece of luggage is front-heavy and doesn’t balance well; I found it tips over at times. I am disappointed not only in the quality of the product but also in the lack of customer service."

Too expensive for the quality

"Too expensive for the quality. I struggle to use the trolley handle, the wheels do not roll smoothly, and you lose size on the inside due to the front pocket. This luggage feels janky and disappointing and I much prefer the OG Hardshell Carry On."

Zip broke on first usage

"Poor quality, looks nice but what’s the point if the zip breaks right away?"

Martin S. (1/5)

it's ok. . . . Could not fit as much as the 35L

"I much prefer the 35L vs the pro large. I had challenges fitting the same amount of clothes and toiletries into the larger size. Although it is taller. it seemed slimmer than the 35."

Perfect Cary on but!

"Purchased because of laptop compartment but creates balance issues for suitcase and handle retracts due to instability"

Trolley Handle Doesn’t Extend

"Great product, but trolley handle won’t extend."
