"I bought this backpack and once I receive it, I thought it was too simple for the price. The materials and quality are quite regular. So I decided to return it. The thing is that the return costs are on the customer. Also the process is complicated. More almost a week has passed since they received the package in their facilities and I have no news of my refund. First and last time I buy something from Hershel for sure"

J'ai passé ma commande le 2 août et j'ai finalement reçu mon sac le 23 août ! J'ai dû contacter le service à la clientèle plusieurs fois,, on me répétait les mêmes choses et on voulait me faire attendre encore. Un delai de 3 semaines pour recevoir un sac à l'intérieur du même pays, c'est beaucoup trop long. Je ne rachèterai plus de cette compagnie, à moins de trouver l'objet en magasin."
