Delayed delivery, presents indelivered

"I am a repeat buyer of your goods. I often buy multiple items to give to friends and familyon my way back to Japan. On the most recent purchase, delivery was delayed significantly and I returned to tokyo without my presents. Since I won’t return to Canada for another half year, the items are sitting at my parents home collecting dust. Very disappointed needless to say. I am proud to wear my Canadian products in Japan but I willl have to rethink Herschel good in the future."
