"We received three of these water bottles free with our backpack + lunch pail order and the kids love them. It's perfect for my oldest to take to school because it is not just a boring water bottle. My younger two love using them at home. Easy to clean and larger size which is also perfect for when we are out on the go."
Not the best
"When the bottle is empty or close to empty and the lid is open, it constantly falls over which makes it annoying when trying to hold the bottle and fill with ice from a bag. The lid is attached to the bottle but doesn't hang down, it suspends which makes it top heavy. I wouldn't purchase this product as a stand alone"

"I received this bottle for free with my new Pop Quiz Backpack - 25L. Unfortunately, within just a few days, it fell out of the side pocket and shattered into multiple pieces. The build quality is very poor — it didn’t withstand even a minor drop. Whether purchased or received as a freebie, it’s simply not worth it. I expected better durability from a brand associated with quality gear."

"Like the backpack I ordered, this never arrived. It’s been almost a month. Customer service wasn’t able to give any real answer on the order other than, “they’ll look into it and get back to me”."
Poor design and materials
"I understand that it says the bottle is not dishwasher safe. However, I washed it by hand al least 5 times and the smell of new plastic didn't dissapear. I decided to pour a bit of warm (not boiling) water in it and it melted instantaneously. Anyways, I found the attached lid to be an issue. When almost empty it couldn't stay still and honestly, to be paying attention whether the amount of water in the bottle is enough to avoid spilling its content is nonsense."
