Good fabric, everything else is cheap

"The fabric is great, compartment layout is well thought out. But everything else falls short. Straps are terrible quality, extremely hard and stiff - they will twist and only the inside edge will dig into your traps while the outside edge is up in the air. The back panel should be mesh. The laptop compartment should have a false bottom. Feels more like a $50 bag."
